Sunday Night

We opened the windows a smidge tonight (smidge because no screens + wily cat). The weather was so lovely today, we spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed a neighborhood walk, even eating dinner al fresco.

This week shows highs back in the upper 80s (even a day of 91, blech), but for tonight, I've got pumpkin chocolate chip cookies in the oven, am enjoying my pumpkin candle, and plan to employ our down comforter tonight with glee.

The tiny baby continues to grow and we have yet to stage an official weekly belly photo shoot. Oops. People said this was how the second pregnancies go, and alas. They were right (I have been documenting with phone pics in the bathroom at work, though, every so often).

The bigger baby is full of energy and loves to play. Then she crashes...

Happy Sunday night. Walking Dead, here we come.

September can be sort of a mixed bag, but it's always the start of something good.
