Sneaky! Cookie Dough Bites

Several months back, I had starred my friend Katie's blog post about these "healthy cookie dough bites," originally from this blog. (I'm also told these have made the pinterest rounds too, but I'm spotty on Pinterest at best.)

I finally got around to making them, and boy are they great. Excepting the chocolate chips, there's really nothing in this list of ingredients to feel guilty about (in my opinion)! You'll really be surprised

  • 2/3 cup raw almonds
  • 2/3 cup raw walnuts
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup raw agave nectar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Just blend up in the food processor, roll out and freeze!

They really are a tasty fake. Thanks, internet!
