I vow here today to sincerely try my best to train and complete the 2008 St. Jude Half Marathon. I created and printed a training schedule for Jonathan and myself today, so now that I have a physical representation of the work entailed in this endeavor, it would seem more feasible to complete. Perhaps.
Who’s with me? Roll call.
Way to go, Leslie! I am proud of you. I did get my new awesome running shoes, but not so sure I am ready for any sort of race. But, I can come cheer you on! :)
ReplyDeleteYes! I knew you'd join in on the fun. Hats off to Jonathan for joining too! Grant will be doing good just to get up early enough to cheer us on :)

Ha! Gotcha!
ReplyDeleteI'm in! And Dudley will be cheering us on.. he laughed when I asked if he wanted to do it with us.

You go girl! (Wow, I really can't pull off that phrase, can I?) Good for you. I'd love to do a marathon. Maybe someday when I'm done with the books I'll have time to train.
ReplyDeleteI would love to do it but need a training buddy for such a thing. For the 2,045th reason to bad we don't live in Memphis :(
